A couple of small things ……service guy didn’t put the thermostat back to normal setting …..we only discovered getting out bed next morning that it was really cold. Also didn’t put a cover back on the water drain pipe

When our HVAC unit stopped working the night before the first big heat wave of the season, my husband and I knew we needed to move fast to get a new unit installed but with such a big purchase, we wanted to make sure we got the right unit and the right company. Best move we made….top of the line heat pump and new furnace. *******Kudos to Raphael, who had to deal with an older generation….with politeness and calmness he took the time to answer all our questions and showed us how to use the app, also shout out to Michel, Mike,and Issam who were here as part of the crew. We highly recommend using Electro Aide Inc., 3520 rue Ashby, Ville St. Laurant. Thank you again for Making this transition so pleasant. PS. Old air conditioner and furnace e removed not a bit of a mess left.
