On behalf of my wife getting the physiotherapy after a knee replacement, she was impressed with the physiotherapist's knowledge. She received further instructions with video sent by E-mail, continuing the exercises at home for the healing process.
I highly recommend the services of Zeina Khawam, dietitian-nutritionist at Action Sport Physio Saint-Laurent. I started nutritional follow-up with her a few months ago and I was able to observe real progress in my diet. Which makes me feel better, more energetic and in a more stable mood.
