She dissects each movement so that we can feel all the feelings in our body. I love Suzanne's classes, she guides us through yoga positions, she offers us alternatives to positions if it's too difficult or if it's too easy or if people have injuries that prevent them from doing certain movements.This is truly the best yoga class!
