First: I go to buy a small kitchen set, an appliance seller who doesn't mind his own business, tells me that I can't pay in cash.While another seller told me yes there is no problem.Then a saleswoman told me take a card you will save $25.I am making the request my request was refused??I called Ontario and couldn't speak to anyone. Answering machines.I am very disappointed with Home Depot, as I had intended to buy old appliances there.The Home Depot store is over for me.Bye!!

I bought a refrigerator and wanted to change it and was initially told that it was possible only to then have the store manager tell me that it was impossible. They send me to the appliances department and they send me to the service and the service tells me to go to the appliances department. Tower of Babel spoken to four employees and four different versions. Plus the manager talks to you like you're an idiot, no respect for the customer. To finish, the delivery service is horrible, delivery schedules between 8 a.m. and noon and they arrive at 4:30 p.m.RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMOnce the management of the St-Jérôme store took charge of the problem, they offered me... read full review

We had difficulties with a refrigerator purchased in March 2021 at the St. Jérôme store.We went to meet the appliance supervisor. He received us quite harshly, telling us to go see a lawyer if we weren't happy. Quite disappointed, we spoke with the store manager Mrs. Barbeau and Frank from customer service and they really helped us!!!We are delighted with the outcome and very satisfied with the customer serviceNicole and Raymond
