Quick response time to see a doctor. I saw someone in less than 12 hours (request sent at 10 pm, received a call the next morning around 7 am, saw a doctor at 9 am!!). Highly recommended! I will go again when I need to.

Don't waste your time with the public health service. Obviously you have to be able to pay out of your own pocket, but my health has priority. As I suspected, I was not properly diagnosed when I went public last week with shoulder pain. It continued to get worse and I can say that finally this morning I felt taken care of and above all, listened to, taken seriously in the intensity of my pain. I am enormously grateful for the service I received from Doctor Luc Drouin. I have to take other tests to get a more precise diagnosis, but he took the time to observe me and ask good questions.
