I’m not from Québec, in town visiting some friends & called for a possible appointment. I was blown away by the level of rudeness I was subjected to. Hanging up on potential customers for not speaking French (which I don’t speak) is a great way to represent your business and culture. Especially when you spoke perfect English. I appreciate the pride in your culture but this is not the way to defend it or expand your business. Good luck living in your bubble!

Language racism....so sad to loose business this way...I was hung up on twice because I spoke English, wasn't even given a chance to speak more than a few words, the man who hung up on me spoke decent English so he could have at least been nicer...he was rude, intimidating and unprofessional, how small minded....
