I called PDL Electrique regarding moving a stove to a location that previously had a built in cooktop only. When I realized how much more involved the job was going to be I decided to think about it before continuing. He was in my house for approximately half an hour, no jobs were actually completed, rather estimates were given. I was still charged the same price as a full hour of labour.
