I have been going there for 2 years always had good service with the same lady but today it was not the same and the one I had very bad service, she hurts, she is really stupid not to mention those nails which are awful. The $55 that hurt the most in my life

Terrible service.
Owner began removing my nails only to step aside without warning and putting someone else. This person was rough, didn’t express properly other than pushing and pulling my hand. She did a mediocre job while on the phone with her family.
I received no hand massage or lotion. When i try paying, they only take cash. I had to wait several minutes for the owner to confirm by phone despite showing them several times he had auto deposit.
Never returning here.

Cleanliness: Not a clean environment.

My boyfriend and I went to get our nails done. They missed my boyfriend's polish. It was already chipped and too transparent. I could have done a better job at home.
When we went to see them, they refused to give us a full refund and only removed the color from her nails saying that the manicure still cost $15. Her nails are worse than when we arrived. I am extremely disappointed, since I had been there in the past and it was okay.
