We just had our heat pump installed this morning. Since I started my process two weeks ago, everything has gone well. I received the relevant information on both the type of installation (one or two heads) and the recommended force. Return calls were quick as well as a quick visit to the home to see the installation possibilities. My advisor was Antony, a very dynamic young man and I never felt any pressure. He made the necessary follow-ups with the supplier (Mitsubishi, I opted for quality, durability and availability of parts in the event of breakage) so that we had the heat pump in time for the planned installation date.
