To take advantage of the fact that me and my partner are leaving to put pressure on my parents-in-law to take their extended protection on a rented phone even though we had already told them no! NO MORE phoning them down there!!!!

1 Star because we cannot put 0.Bought a laptop with included installation of MS Office. They did not install the software and did not give me the key code so that I could install it. They do not want to help me or reimburse me for the software sold without the installation key.Advice, do not buy software from this seller, rotten after-sales service.
