I had a unit that was not blowing cold air.
Unfortunately the company could not make verification of old unit because I was not their customer and they were overloaded with existing customers. I took a decision that it become very hot and I need air conditioner in my house. So we decided to go with the same brand air conditioner.
During installation of new unit, Andre Bedard Service discovered that a bolt was broken. I will include a picture of it. So problem could be probably resolved if this bolt wasn't broken and was more visible. But, now I have a new unit. The installation went rapidly and smoothly. Thank you.
Great experience with this company. From Jeff, the representative to the installation, everything was easy and worry-free. Courteous service. I got the right answers to my questions. I recommend without hesitation.
