I LOVE this place. I've been going there to buy my products ever since they opened 10+ years ago. Never had an issue with my hair turning weird and always had good customer service. Sure sometimes it can be long before someone answers you, but that's just because they are already helping someone else and making sure they are getting everything they need and understanding every step. If you do your hair at home, this place is a must.
