1. The owner requires the pets to be vaccinated.
2. The place is clean, really clean. The place is well maintained, and they are working to improve the infrastructure.
3. They have food/water bowls and beds, it saved me the trouble to bring my own.
4. The owner is very kind, flexible.
5. Leaving my pets there is like putting them on a vacation. It is easily noticeable that the pets are in a fantastic mood when I picked them up.
6. The security is very good.
7. The rates are reasonable.
8. I went there to visit multiple times, before leaving my pets there. They can be busily sometimes, but they manage the place quite well.
9. They pay attention to my pets, and they really do look after them carefully.
10. The owner is easily reachable, and he is friendly.
