I went to the store following a serious hard drive problem. Eric the owner warned me of the little chance of recovering my data. A few hours later, he called me back with the good news that he had been able to recover my data. For the rest, he offered me 3 choices, either repair, purchase a used one or purchase a new one. He took the time to explain to me the advantages and disadvantages of the 3 choices without any pressure. The next day I had a new or ready to use computer that met our needs. Very satisfied and I recommend!

Très content de la service, on était très prêt à aider ; je n'étais pas certain exactement de ce que j'avais besoin et ils ont pris le temps nécessaire pour m'expliquer. Finalement on m'a laisser acheter deux options avec la possibilité de retourner la deuxième si la première fonctionnait. Ils m'ont vraiment dépanné, merci de l'excellente service !
