If I could have left zero stars I would have done so. We called them because we had a flood and their work was completely botched. You have to chase them to get them to answer calls to follow up, they are not reliable. They charge fees for interventions and incessant back and forth for measurements, just to inflate prices unjustifiably. No honesty. They brought back all our equipment, one of the beds was completely incorrectly assembled. It was creaking everywhere, the furniture was scratched and they never brought back one of the mattresses that belonged to us. Avoid by all means.

More than two years ago, I had to deal with water damage myself, which happened before I moved into my new house. Mr. Meunier gave me a quote for a replacement of two bathroom vanities. I had a price for vanity A and vanity B. While shopping on my own, I found vanity A priced lower than the maximum price that was allowed, and vanity B slightly higher than the price offered. However, the total bill was lower than Mr. Meunier's quote. The latter refused to let me make this purchase, and no logical reason was given to me.
