I make an appointment at 11:55 a.m. for my partner via Bonjour santé, I prepare my children's lunches, milk, laundry etc. We live 40 minutes away, we hit traffic, we arrive 7 minutes late. When we got there, the surprised secretary said to us, did you have an appointment?, yes but we are late, oh, I'm going to see if the doctor hasn't left. Surprise, he's already gone! Madame hadn't seen that there was a meeting, so she told him he could leave. 40 minutes there, 40 minutes back, $20 out the window and no consultation. For 7 minutes late when they are always late.
