I had to call Groupe Yves St-Germain twice for two different issues and both times I was impressed with their service. Both Anne-Marie at reception who is always very proactive and efficient and Jean the technician who takes the time to answer all our questions clearly and concisely. In addition to being patient and friendly, Jean is very knowledgeable in his field and quickly targets problems.
