Great service! Girls love animals and it shows. The only time I was disappointed was that I had poorly expressed what I wanted (the mouse cut, never again ?) The good news is that it grows back. Now we have found the winning formula for my littlest and she is so adorable

A little more expensive than other places, but the quality of service is there and the well-being of my babies is priceless

The Laval floor comment makes me laugh. She says she has been a customer for years, always satisfied, and ONCE she is disappointed and it comes to belittle them on the internet.

First grooming experience for our cat! We have been told before that cats may be a little sad after grooming, not recognizing their scent and the temperature shock. But ours seems completely comfortable and does everything like nothing happened! Fast and welcoming service!
