Had water infiltration in my house. Roofers we originally hired 'forgot' our appointment. Wanted to get this addressed before the next rainfall. Called the number and Marcel came straight away to assess the problem. He was punctual, kind and seemed very knowledgeable about his work, as well as the homes in my neighborhood (he worked on one across the street). Was honest about the work needed and explained my potential options. He'll be sending guys tomorrow morning and I am immensely relieved.
