“Excellent experience with Roofex. Responsive, bilingual service from a team that's proud of their roots in the South Shore, and -- most importantly -- take great pride in their quality of work.

A leaky, redundant set of chimneys required removal and patching/sealing the resultant hole. Roofex worked with me to explain their solution, gave me a prompt and reasonable estimate, and conducted the work within a week despite a heat wave and it being the middle of roofing busy season.

The estimate and the invoice were twins (which nowadays is not always the case).

“Reached out to Belgrave Roofing as we had been informed upon purchasing our house that the roof need to be redone. Brandon came by and did a close inspection of the roof and informed us that things were actually quite good, and unless we had any specific concerns (water leaks, etc...) he advised to give him a call in a couple of years for another check in. Brandon took the time to review and discuss things in detail--even had some good advice on the work on the deck that I had started! Would have been happy to go with Belgrave this summer, but thanks to their honesty it looks like we'll just have to wait a year or two...“
