I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent work done! This is the second tree I've had cut down in two years. And I want to assure you that your services are 10 times better than what I received from another provider two years ago...1) you came quickly for the estimate. And even though it was a "small job", I was treated like a good customer... and you gave me a reasonable estimate.2) You gave me a time window (3 weeks) to complete the work and you respected this time...3) You called me a few days before coming, giving me a specific date and time.
