Today, Sunday February 11, 2024. I go to the St-Bruno branch at 3:02 p.m. to get a Smart Watch (Pixel 2). Easy purchase, my shopping is already done.I spot the said watch, it is obviously in a barred window. I look around, there is no crowd (3 other customers in the store, excluding me).I'm trying to find an employee to simply open the window; no one on the horizon. I wait 3 minutes in front of the window without anyone coming to see me. I then walk around and see, through the window of the two doors of the "backstore", 3 employees laughing and dancing.
