My latest experiences with the walk-in sound really improved and went well. I also appreciate the quick appointment times which help me out. My doctor is Dr. Sirois and I greatly appreciate his work.

My doctor is competent and very vigilant, unfortunately it is impossible to have an appointment with anyone, even without an appointment, even in an emergency or semi-emergency. I tried several times and at the appointed times.Disappointing appointment management system.

Being forced to wait until December 25 at 8 p.m. to make an appointment for January 25 when all you need is a prescription for an annual mammogram....that's not management most desirable, efficient and appropriate. We can't even leave a message for our family doctor. What an era! And not interesting for someone who has had cancer. Hopefully the system won't crash on December 25th. And seeing the numerous comments on the management of appointments, we wonder if it changes anything to write down our grievances...
