I just spoke with Simon because there is water infiltration in my basement. He took his time to ask me questions and noticed that my problem did not fall within his area of intervention. Well he continued to take his time to explain things to me and give me all the information I need to resolve my problem!!! What a charming and caring man! I almost regret not needing his services! Big crush on this company! We have had our doors and windows caulked as well as all entry points for rodents. Simon and his colleague did a thorough job while consulting us when they had a decision to make. They clearly explained to us what they had to do and why. They came to assess the extent of the work to be done quickly, they arrived on time for the agreed days and worked with a smile... and even while singing! ??
