Hugely disappointed with customer service. This is the first time that I have had my land treated and last year, I had asked to be present during the visit for the estimate of the treatment to make sure that there was no ambiguity of the area to be treated and for advice on the necessary treatments. Finally, I received a quote for the treatments I had initially requested, nothing more… someone had passed by without notifying me. What had to happen… happened, the land is not treated in full, and even after having made the request to have the balance of the land treated.
