Had my carpet dry cleaned. Picked it up yesterday and opened it this morning to find out it wasn't properly cleaned and still has dirt from before. Called and spoke to the owner. He replied we couldn't do better... asked why I wasn't advised and was basically told that's the way it is. $80 paid to dry clean a carpet that I will have to do again somewhere else. Lesson learned!
