Good morning,It's rare that I take the time to issue opinions but when the service provided is exemplary, I want to emphasize it.20 years ago I used permanent eyebrow makeup using the technique of the time and I also had eyeliner lines done.Many years later, microblading arrived and I used it for my eyebrows that weren't there the first time.
