The employees who do the work in the field are very friendly. On the other hand, there was an error with the dimension of our chimney cap and from this error, a saga of bad communications. They do not keep the client informed of what is happening with their file, you have to chase them (even if you have made a deposit and it is a paying contract for them!). And when we communicate with the guy in the office, Steve, we only get bad information and "I'll call you back tomorrow without fail" with no response the next day. Lors de ma première inspection de cheminé par Ramonage plus on voulait tout enlever la cheminé et la remplacer . Après deux autres estimations il n'y avait qu'environ 250$ de réparation et le tout était conforme . De plus leur service de toiture est non -professionnel et un service après vente inadéquat ( inexistant) Un manque total de professionnalisme .....Je ne le recommande pas
