Beautiful! I have never witnessed a similar adventure: the entire team of my Virtuoso garage (owners and employees) are currently spending a week of vacation under the hot sun of the Dominican Republic! What a great example of solidarity! A week off that they really deserved. Enjoy!In nearly 60 years of car maintenance, here is finally a company (Le Virtuose de l'Automobile) which deserves all my admiration and recognition for its courtesy, competence and honesty. On Google, I was limited to 5 stars but its owner and his team would have deserved 10! Thank you for being there for us.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

To follow up on Mr. Lagacé's opinion... When making his appointment, he did not specify that it was for the installation of new tires purchased on the internet. We will explain to you why we refused.This notice is posted on a wall in our waiting room:Please note that we do not fit any new tires or automobile parts purchased elsewhere.The cause :We are required by law to provide a legal warranty on new tires and parts installed on an automobile even if we have not sold them.additional costs not guaranteed by a manufacturer for the extra work of our technicians.(examples: swing recovery, installation difficulties, defective and poor quality parts, etc.)Sorry for the misunderstanding...read full review
