I had a catastrophic experience with Carefree Maintenance, a company that offers its services in snow removal and maintenance of all kinds of lawns and others. Company to avoid completely. He had to clear snow from my awning as well as do manual snow removal from the patio, driveway, etc. He tore my awning. Not only is he not in his business, he is careless, does not pay attention, and once he is paid by contract, he does not respect his commitments, I have often waited 2 - 3 days and sometimes more to be entitled to snow removal which had to be done within 24 hours. Very bad experience with Carefree Maintenance which also does snow removal. You should completely avoid doing business with this bad company. I have been using snow removal services elsewhere for 40 years and have never encountered anyone so careless. Daniel Gélinas of Entretien Sans Souci is irresponsible. I had hired him to clear snow from my gazebo (pavilion style) and he only cleared the front of the roof, neglecting to do the rear, as a result; the gazebo collapsed under the weight of the snow.
