A friend of mine book at this place a week prior to her appointment upon arriving to the said date the hair stylist tells her that she cannot cut her hair cause she have an early appointment and it will take to long to finish.The thing thats maddening about it was they never call my friend to inform before she drive to her appointment.Promise to give her a call after 20 mins but no one call! This is bluntly RACISM!!!THEY FLAT OUT REFUSE TO SERVICE HER ONCE THEY KNEW SHES ASIAN!!!!

EXTRA failed haircut. One very short gradient side (at the top of the shoulders) but not equal to the other. I have shoulder length hair and wanted to keep it long. Now unable to make myself a quilt because the top of one side of hair is falling off. Plus, $50 for a haircut, expensive and the worst haircut I've had. I can not believe it

If I had to give the number of times I went there and the number of times I was well served it would be 2/10 times.1-The salespeople don’t seem to know what they have to offer2-I have textured hair and they don't even make the effort to understand what I'm asking or to offer me products as if there weren't any that suited me even though there are. So I have to search through all this mass of articles to find what I need.3-I know that textured hair is not the majority but a little more knowledge on the subject would really be a plus because many of us consume a lot of products but being sidelined because of the hair of the customer across the street is easier to manage...read full review
