The most impressive optical centre I have visited so far ? the new store supervisor is very friendly and accommodating! This store deserves a special visit ? the place is clean; the collection of frames are properly displayed on. It is strategically located in the West Island and has a wide area of free parking too. There is an ongoing promotion that dramatically reduces the cost of having a second pair of glasses (eligible for a child or a spouse). There are safety glasses here, and they offer services for hearing-related cases too. It is highly recommended, go get your needs here, and experience having a free cup of water or tea while your transaction is being completed.
I had a fantastic experience at this optical center! Rita herself helped me try on contact lenses for the first time, she was incredibly patient and supportive as she helped me try them on (it was tricky but I eventually got the hang of it). Her clear instructions made the process so much easier, and I truly appreciated her welcoming attitude. Fady was also a huge help in finding the perfect pair of glasses. I would overall recommend this place. Good service.
The service was outstanding and far exceeded the customer's expectations. REYA is an incredibly professional employee in every sense. I felt compelled to write this review because she truly deserves recognition as one of the best.
