I dropped in to Mobile Klinik Fairview with my iPad because I couldn't get the charger in the port. Sofiane took it and removed something tat had gotten stuck. He cleaned the port and handed my iPad to me with no charge. He was kind and helpful. I'll never go anywhere else now.
What an amazing experience!!! They saved my phone at no charge because it was not complicated problem. We never see that anymore!!! Truly good and honest people. Highly highly highly recommend!! Thank you again doctor ???
Had a SIM slot problem since last summer (was unable to use a sim card with the phone), probably due to humidity condition in one of the beach bag in which we used to drop the phone... Went to the clinik without expecting much and giving it a shot. Result: the store person took the phone for a quick cleaning toward the SIM slot entry and... It works! Quick was like 2 minutes so the service was "offered". Really happy and thanks!
