Search no longer. I have yet to see such professionalism in the renovation industry. From the get go we dealt with Jean Beaudry who provided us with all the information to get our subvention even before signing. Never pressured us to choose their products, I was not hounded. The windows arrived on time and are flawless. The technicians were all very professional and respecful. They treated my home like theirs (vacuumed and cleaned up). They showed up on time and made sure that the products were top quality. Joanne was also on top of scheduling. It is definitely an exceptional company.
From beginning to end, the experience was friendly, professional and helped to inspire trust with this major decision.
At no point did the sales portion feel pressured, and I was impressed and reassured by how thorough François was.
Mylène handled my multiple calls to clarify the details of the installation with poise and humour. She helped to make sure I wasn't stressed and did not make me feel annoying, though I know I can be ?

Excellent service from start to finish! Very good advisor in terms of product choice, very good follow-up, quick response from our Advisor when we had questions, professional and clean installation! I recommend without hesitation!
