Cathy is great especially with the kids. Yes the parents are paying but her customers are the children. She will listen to what the child wants and if it's not the same thing as what the parent wants she will try to find a compromise. My daughter doesn't want anyone else cutting her hair. I have never seen a nail technician who was so dedicated to perfect, natural healthy looking nails. Not only Shahz a pleasure to be around but she is so caring and hard working. Her salon is clean, beautiful and comfortable and her technique is amazing. She went out of her way and stay way past the normal hrs just to take care of my daughter’s nails.she made her super happy and we have tried several salons before but no one was able to make her nails look so pretty and strong.. thank you

Prior to seeing her, I never had a professional facial.Angela took the time to explain to me what she was doing as she went through the different steps of the facial. Talked about the products and the benefits. She pointed out certain areas of my face that might need a little bit more TLC. Vasko is a miracle worker. When it comes to colour he really knows what he is doing. Been going to this salon for years and never ever left feeling disappointed. He can be a little blunt and brutally honest at times but that’s just his personality. He will not do anything he is not comfortable with. I’ve heard him flat out say no to some customers requests because he doesn’t think it will look good or simply because the request is totally unrealistic. He really puts his heart and soul into his work. His assistant Riley is also very professional. Highly recommend this salon!
I had an appointment with Preet and hes truly amazing. It was for both a manicure and a pedicure and i can honestly say its the best ive ever had. The attention to details he had was amazing , he truly took his time with every step and made sure it was perfect , we were the last ones left in the salon and he didnt even rush to finish faster his only concern was to make sure his work was perfect! It truly felt like a full spa experince! If anyone wants to book those services keep Preet in mind!

I developed a freon leak in my 3 yr old A/C system. I didn't originally buy it with Turner but the company I originally dealt with refused to come and service the unit (Click-Air) even though it had a 10 year warranty. I called around the west island and only Turner agreed to come help. They also helped me navigate the warranty process. It took a few visits to find the source of the leak and order the new parts from Fujitsu but they made it happen and I FINALLY have A/C again. Even though it was difficult to find the issue, they provided regular updates about part ordering, and were very transparent about what was covered by the warranty so there was no surprise costs. I will be using them again for the next repair or new A/C system!
