I have been an Apple person since the late '70's with an Apple IIe. I've had 4 different Apple/Mac computers since then using Apple products at home and Microsoft/IBM ones at work. Of course any problems (never in the Macs) was always taken care of by the IT professionals at work. Since my retirement from work I've only had my Macs at home and no IT professionals. The inevitable happened with my 10 year old IMac when my video card ceased to function. I called SKS and Konesh suggested the best bet would be to get a new iMac at about $4000. He said I would have trouble migrating Music and Photos because I was using an older OS. I decided the solution for me would be to install a refurbished Video card. Konesh suggested it would take a week to two to get the part and install it. However, the price would only be a quarter of the cost of a new computer. Two days after he got the computer it was done. It works perfectly. I could not be more pleased.
