I truly appreciate the whole team at Pierrefonds Animal Hospital. No matter who we see, my animals always receive the same exceptional care. One of my rescue dogs has severe allergies. We were there often in the beginning while we worked together to find the best prevention plan. Now that we’re in “maintenance” mode, they are always there to support us, with quick emergency spots available, and veterinarians who provide timely callbacks to discuss treatment plans. They are truly there for the love and well-being of the animals that they take care of.
Employees go above and beyond the call of duty. Example: I had to wait for half an hour past closing time for a friend to pick me up, and not a hint was made of objection. The receptionist even came and admired my little dog and played with her!
We have just transferred our furbaby to this clinic, and we can definitely say that this is, hands down, the best service we have ever had in 5 years of owning our dog. The staff knew right away who our dog was walking into the clinic which means the staff is knowledgeable. Bingsu and us were greeted with such a joyful greeting! He needed to go on the scale, and they were patient with him and we were taking to the examination room without wait! The technician asked us questions since it was his girst visit at this clinic, and made sure to explain us all the procedures, the vaccins and their effects.
