They were able to offer me a beautiful slab that was not available anywhere else at an extremely competitive price. On the day of the measurement, Enzo showed up and was extremely meticulous, making sure everything would be perfect. On the installation day, everything was done professionally and was perfect but Enzo found that there were some finishing that wasn't perfect enough (I didn't even notice) so he took the time to refinish a part of the slab and come back at a later date for installation. “I updated my previous 1-star review to 4-stars given the goodwill demonstrated by the Golden Elite team and their good customer service. Following my previous comments, the team quickly reached out to make things right. They took responsibility for the issue, they apologized for all of the problems this caused me and gave me a credit to make things right. The actions the company took resulted in the 4-star review. I would have them a 5-star review had they covered 100% of the cost I incurred (they did not cover the $150+tax travel cost I was charged by the counter experts when they came to fix the manufacturer's defect).

I bought a vanity with a marble top for about $1000. After one use of the sink, splashed water stained the counter and there was a round water stain where the soap bottle stood. We had not been informed that the counter was not sealed, and it is normal to expect that it would be. Marble is extremely porous and will stain with just a few drops of water.

I contacted the store and got the runaround (google how to remove the stain, the person you need to talk to is busy, send us an email with pictures). I got an email address after insisting, but seconds after sending the email it bounced back.

I spoke with counter experts about the cost of polishing and sealing the counter. I figured I would just pay to get the job done with the least aggravation. But at $500 plus tax, that was 50% of the cost of the vanity!! So I reached out to the store again on May 22, 2024. Got another email address, sent pictures, and never got a response.

So today, June 20, 2024, I paid $575 to repair an issue that should not have existed in the first place.
