After a pretty easy 2023/2024 winter for Duraguard (they came 3-4 times this winter), they were quick in removing the driveway posts prior to the April 4th, 2024 snow storm. Although the contract is valid until March 31st, the least they could have done was to remove this one. Furthermore, their phone number cannot receive calls! Poor service and very upset.

Terrible service. When I asked to remove the snow from the entrance of my driveway after the city passed during the ice storm, the answer was : "this is a curtesy service and I have to wait for one hour before I call back again and grable" because I was talking in a polite way. And she hanged up on me. I have the driveway and the steps service with them.

This is my first year with them and so far it has been a nightmare. They cashed my money but have not kept up their part of the contract by clearing the snow in our parking lot. They are not to be trusted.
