I had quite a few trips to do for my new house and every time I went, of my list of items needed,they didn’t have a few things. I have to go to another nearby Rona that has a lot more selection. I can’t say anything bad about service though.

I had an exceptional experience with a very nice young lady who helped me with a return process for an item that had been discontinued. After spending over an hour and a half at another store, I was feeling quite frustrated, but she was incredibly understanding and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and she truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate her outstanding service and would love to see her recognized for her efforts. I was looking for 12*12 box, was not available at the moment but an amazing staff named Tony was helpful and call another staf to bring the lift and fill the place. Thanks Tony again
