Awesome spa! Very spread out, doesn't feel too crowded. Friendly staff and great food. The only problem is the time you lose at the restaurant. Service was good, food was very tasty but we lost a lot of time there. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed our day in the hot and cold tubs. I had a massage with Eri he was amazing, felt relaxed and it's just what I needed. The facility is clean well keep. My only complaint was my shower handle was broken and had a hard time regulating the warer temperature. My husband on the other hand said that they didn't have any hot water in the man's room.
I will definitely go back again.❤️
Nice overall experience. The river really makes this spa special—the sound of the water is very relaxing and helps block out noise from the nearby road.
There are a few areas for improvement: the lockers are old and small, and there aren’t many washrooms, which can be inconvenient. Compared to Strøm Spa Nordique Saint-Hilaire, this location feels smaller and less modern.
There’s also construction for expansion that blocks parts of the view, but I’m sure it will be worth it once completed.
The Nord restaurant was excellent and definitely a highlight!
