Very nice experience in the baths, during the massage and at the bistro. On the other hand, the lady at reception was very unpleasant and held us for around thirty minutes to resolve a system problem even though everything had been paid for at the start of the day. Gift certificates seem difficult to manage. Strange interaction a thousand miles from the quality of service inside the site.
Very very beautiful site, river, several relaxing airs, extremely clean, the people at reception are courteous, polite and smiling.

There is almost no clock, I didn't have a watch so I didn't know if the 15 minutes was over or not

I have always liked their facilities, however, having more than one hot bath in five with a temperature of 101-104f and controlling the temperature of both temperate baths to be cold, would greatly enhance the thermal experience. Despite the distance and stairs, the North restaurant level offers a relaxing ambiance and a brand new menu. Of the two tables d'hôtes that I tried, each service offered a small masterpiece of culinary art: for the eyes. My taste buds, for their part, remained traumatized and my stomach was hungry.
