We visited the Outremont branch for the renovation of our bathroom. We took inspiration from photos on Pinterest without having a clear idea to reproduce the same design. Loriane helped us make our project a reality and we are very happy about it. From the choice and calculation of the tiles, to the color of the grout and other accessories, everything was done with awareness and diligence. His wise advice and informed suggestions resulted in a sublime and functional bathroom. Thank you again, Loriane, for your professionalism and dedication.
Charles a pris tout le temps qu'il fallait avec nous même si on avait juste un petit projet de dosseret. On avait une idée pré-conçue de ce qu'on voulait sans y avoir réfléchi longuement, et il nous a doucement guidé vers un choix complètement différent. More than exceptional customer service! We came to find ceramic tiles to put in the entryway, kitchen and bathroom, but we felt like it would be impossible to find and decide what we wanted in one visit.
This was without counting on Loriane’s professionalism, keen eye and good taste!
After a few recommendations, she found the perfect set of ceramics, in each room!
And then, she was able to calculate absolutely all the surfaces, and make an extremely complete submission. In short, we are more than satisfied.
