We had a horrible experience with the HVAC company that had installed our heat pump in our brand new house. We were exasperated and we decided to contact Tommy Boyle. He came to check out our unit the same day we contacted him. Tommy didn’t talk down to us or “mansplain” as the previous company had, nor did he pressure us to buy from him. He simply ran some tests on our unit and presented us with options and his professional opinion. We chose to go with a bigger unit that would actually heat/cool our house properly since the original unit was broken and not intended to furnish the size of our house. He didn’t even charge us for the initial visit (we were shocked).... read full review
