It was an extremely enriching meeting, the professionalism, calm and gentleness with which we were received. Ms. Faucher explained to us with great patience the why and function of a respiratory device...and completely revised my father's old device to then explain the new technology to us and ensure that it was able to to progress well with the new…a wow!!! ???thank you I recommend the c pap box ??Diane
Finally someone who cares about their patients and takes the time to properly explain possible adjustments. Super friendly, attentive and professional. It doesn't just sell machines and that makes all the difference. I'm able to compare because we've been elsewhere before, a matter of proximity... now, we like to travel more, it's worth it.
