I just wanted to drop a note about a recent service I received from Guaranteed Industries. My air-conditioning system suddenly stopped working and because of the heat wave our whole house was very warm. I contacted Domenico in the service department asking for a service call during the day. The schedule was very booked up but Domenico said he would make an effort to send me someone. He managed to send me Marcello who came and diagnosed the problem. Marcello was fabulous and fixed the system rapidly. He was also delightful to deal with. All in all - this was quite a rescue. I have replaced my Thermopompe and installed an air exchanger with Industries Garanties almost 3 years ago, and I got the maintenance package where they come and check my set up twice a year. The technicians are very professional and knowledgable, and most of all, very helpful. Customer service is also really good.
Samuel, my regular technician, has done everything he can to get my system working as it should, and he never ran off to his next job leaving unfinished business just because he was on the clock. When my thermostat was busted today, he lent me a used one from his truck to get my affairs in order so that I don't end up unable to adjust... read full review
