I was at this store in Rockland mall yesterday. I had been waiting 45 mins as the blond sales person was arguing loudly with a customer. Customer wanted her gold necklace replaced as the one sold to her just the day before broke apart. The sales lady refused and told her to shift as she needs to serve other customers or she will call security. The customer turned to me and told me “I promise you, it isn’t worth buying anything here, they will treat you just like this”. That was my cue to leave, the sales person was just rude and as a bystander I was highly disappointed on their treatment towards customers. So I’ll pass the same message to everyone “SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE”.

I'm giving one star because I can't give 0! The lady who works here is rude and can never be a sales person. She doesn't even know how to speak respectfully to people!! Really disappointed ? I've never seen a jewelry store where you can try on a maximum of 2 rings.Congratulations, you have lost a client!

Came to Geneve Jewelry on Sunday. Soriana? Sorina? sorry cannot recall her name, was very friendly and attentive. Provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend and return here.
