The parson on the phone asked something to which I didn't have an answer (because I didnt know the term he was using) and he told me "Okay sir, have a good day" and hung up.Do this guy want new clients? I've read some many bad review from here but still decided to call and check prices because is near my place.... totally a bad idea.Search for shell garage and you'll find more bad reviews.

Prompt clean and efficient. Squeezed us in to replace our battery when our usual mechanic was away on holidays and our car was dead from the feeling h*llish Temps we had in February. Price for labor was a little higher than our usual mechanic... but not as bad as our dealership had been. They aren't cheap but they know what they are doing and from what we could tell are reliable. We have friends who love them so much that they drive in from vaudreil to use them... so they must be doing something right! They take all major credit cards. We liked the clean waiting room and the homage to Italian world cup soccer wins and a plethora of formula one books to browse through while waiting did make us smile. I only wish they had a cappuccino machine.
