Wonderful experience! We were able to make a last minute reservation during our stay at the Hotel Birks.The spa is cozy, peaceful, and very clean.Overall, we were pleased with our Swedishmassages and highly recommend Garth and Manon. They were both kind and attentive.

Recently took a deep tissue massage with Garth, very professional and knowledgeable explained the process before and after gave recommendations and applied the right amount of pressure.. great masseuse would recommend and looking forward to another massage

I gotta say one of the best hotel's I have ever been too if not the best.The spa is spectacular. Josephine has hands of a Goddess. The sensation is everlasting. Cannot wait to return so I will. ;)
