Had a very good first meet with Thomas. He was patient in show me other models and really understood my questions. I went to a new chair, however for some reason there were few differences between the new chair/demo than some used ones, they didn't pushed me to buy a new one instead.

I asked some really picky questions. He will check and come back with answers for me.

They repair my Steelcase Leap V2 chair, in a matter of minutes, the email communication was quick. Had an appointment in the week. Thanks Asmaa for the great service ! I'll be back if I need a new chair.
