I always try to go on a Friday evening when it's quiet. That's when you can actually find someone who can help you. Probably the same most weekday evenings. The store is crowded on the weekends. Good selection of most things you will need.

My favorite from Home Depot. Very good service, we always find what we are looking for. Special mention to the rental department, with its patient employees who are very knowledgeable about their equipment.

I had an exceptional experience at the Beaubien West location yesterday around noon. I wanted to purchase a pest control product for one of my bonsai plants. The only Home Depot outlet anywhere near my home that had what I wanted in stock was this one. The website indicated there were 12 units in stock.The store is quite a long journey for me by public transit since I do not maintain a daily driver car. I couldn't find the product on display, so I was a bit disappointed after such a long trip.I asked a store employee, Apparently the item I wanted was summer stock that had been packed (badly as it turned out) into a huge skid and stored very high up.The staff were... read full review
